Avantages
As someone who has started with Innovative Computing Systems within the last year, I'm not certain at which company these reviewers worked. Certainly not the company that I've experienced. In fact, after my first week, I felt as comfortable as if I'd been here for a year -- in a good way. Maybe the former employees posting here are speaking of a toxic environment created by now-former employees. Pros: -Few are stuck behind desks all day. Working and interacting on-site with clients can be very rewarding (plus it gets you out of the office). Others are often given the option to work from home. -Decent benefits. -Room to grow with management support. -Highly supportive and understanding management. -Helpful, highly intelligent and supportive colleagues. -Growth into other verticals makes things even more interesting.
Inconvénients
-HR is virtually non-existent leading to small frustrations like having the correct insurance plan names and informing you of important dates (like when benefits kick in). -More competitive pay. -Retirement/savings investment in employees is minimal to none (no matching 401k, etc.).
