      Avantages

      * Knowledgeable and dedicated Engineers. * The Engineers will assist each other when they can. * Flexible schedule. * Good pay.

      Inconvénients

      * High turnover. Around 10 people left the company over the past three months (including Management, Sales, Staff and Help Desk). * Overall outlook and attitude in the Los Angeles office is grim, even with new management in place. * No one wants to come into the office any longer and there is consistent talk of interviews and other job opportunities. * No work or projects coming into the Los Angeles office due to sales team leaving. * Management cares more about clients than employees.

      Avantages

      Transparent, honest, process-focused, fast and nimble. They offer room to learn and grow and are always open to an exchange of ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Full virtual was tricky to get used to. Would like more opportunities to engage with coworkers face to face.

      Very knowledgeable people in the industry serving law firms.

      Inconvénients

      Billing is very precise and it creates the high stress for the individual.
