Avantages
Pros: Awesome customers, Keurig in the break room, ICS is talented at finding incredible employees but absolutely awful at retaining them. Notable mentions: Lori, Yvette, Joseph, Chris S., and Jibrael - undervalued but absolutely incredible people and vital to operations.
Inconvénients
No tuition reimbursement No investment in employees No raises No structure High turnover Emotionally volatile management Spontaneous terminations Uncertain overall company success Lack of humanity New Director lies and makes false promises On going Roach infestation in the San Antonio office (though they have made huge attempts at eliminating them) Personal experience: I’m a mid-level educated engineer and was a high performer for the TAC. I saved a $250k contract by working nearly 24hours straight on a high-level and complex cloud solution that ultimately lead to a customer renewing their contract. I completed this project a couple of weeks before giving birth and going on maternity leave. During my employment I went above and beyond to ensure customer retention and made every attempt to win back contracts with several companies that we lost in 3 quarters and on due to the negligence of those overseeing operations, high-than-usual turnover, and complete disregard for communication with customers from leadership I had some health complications, rough nights, and a major surgery that caused me to take an excusable amount of time off after a short 6 week maternity leave. Despite asking the new director for hybrid schedule so that I could be present and available to customers- he reassured me that he would speak to the CEO, I was called by the CEO during a family emergency and was fired without warning.
