The CEO is a narcissist who treats her employees terribly. The organization has a crazy high turnover rate, which you can confirm by using the Internet Wayback machine to view the staff pages. She does not reimburse employees for legitimate travel expenses. She claims to be a social justice warrior but it is all performative. She talks a good game but gaslights people like crazy.
