      Avantages

      Great company with lots of friendly team players to work with, well equipped labs making work life enjoyable and productive. Currently taking great steps tp protect staff from Covid 19 virus, most working from home where they can.

      Inconvénients

      Some weak managers, could be better. Although have worked elsewhere with worse management.

      Avantages

      Can wear many hats; lots of encouragement to propose ideas and projects.

      Inconvénients

      Mobility upwards is very slow, the company overall trends to trend on the older side, very little young talent.
