      Avantages

      I had great teammates and the pay was decent.

      Inconvénients

      No established processes. Crazy hours towards the end of period of performance. Unfortunately, half our team was laid off due to contracting. No severance, no warning, and no 1:1 conversation with leadership.

      Friendly colleagues, lots of opportunities to learn, good work life balance. Everyone genuinely cares about improving veteran healthcare.
