      Co-workers are very much approachable. Has great employee benefits. They care so much their employees.

      Very fast pace environment, you won't notice the time will end so soon.

      Avantages

      1. Upper Management isn't toxic or micromanaging, teammates are okay and friendly. But my career was not there so I had to go find another job more aligned to my path. 2. Healthcare for 1 dependent is nice to have

      Inconvénients

      (Not a Con) But there was a retrenchment in the past as per the rumor mill, but they got absorbed by another company so maybe they got out of trouble.

      lax work culture, competitive benefits (initially) compared to other PH companies, coworkers are insanely friendly - i still maintain some of the relationships i made here

      salary growth stagnation, sudden retrenchments
