      Avantages

      Incredible array of capabilities and a leader in our arena of visual merchandising. Little accountability can be a good thing if you just want to collect a paycheck.

      Inconvénients

      Top down leadership structure that manages through blame and shame but without true accountability. Also it is 7 different companies that make up Innomark but they each function with their own distinct culture and practices. Not very integrated.

      Innomark has a very strong employee group that creates a strong and friendly work environment.

      Most people are genuine and care for their employees

      Inconvénients

      Management does not have a unified vision and are often only focused on their own piece of the company instead of working as a team and focusing on profitability.
