Avantages
Everybody is practicing an open communication, so you know what's happening in the company. There are a lot of fun company and team events which enhances the team spirit and allows networkinig across the different departments. The company in growing very sustainably and at an appropriate pace.
Inconvénients
The leadership team is not very experienced, so sometimes it's difficult to efficiently handle the organizational changes which come with the growth. Also the company hasn't found the right balance yet between necessary rules and systems and the beloved start-up spitit, where everybody is just doing things.
