1. the management is stubborn and not innovative at all, management consists of elderly but not based on experiences and ability, if you work more than 10 yrs even though your ability weak you will still able to become one of the top management 2. no bonus, ridiculous increment, no annual dinner 3. turnover rate is super high because work is not being appreciated 4. company culture is toxic, those not really working can get high pay but those really work hard get nothing in return, failed to recognize 5. got boycott culture and racist culture 6. no career opportunities at all, even though you work for more than 5 years also wont get promotion, then the management will only keep telling you to stay humble 7. expecting you to work after working hours, if you dont will be blamed 8. blaming and finger pointing happen in meeting, meeting is to create problem not to solve problem 9. the company lost direction, the top management highly rely on AI to come out with random deck without fact check 10. those low contribution roles get high pay and incentives 11. will random throw ad hoc task that is far out of the fixed jobscope, no training and expect you to know everything 12. the office building is old and creepy 13. team restructure happen frequently, merge and split 14. benefits structure is ridiculous 15. micromanagement, advocate flexi working hours but some management will so strict on clock in clock out, prefer you to come early go back late 16. below average salary but top management got high pay 17. disrecpectful management, will criticise in person sarcastically
