Avantages

Good products. Good now that it is a Fortune 500 company. Financially sound.

Inconvénients

No where to move up. Not respectful to employees. Shows bias to employess in certain departments, which means some get raises and some don't.

This is a great company, they treat their employees very well and really meet the needs of the customers.

Inconvénients

It is a small company, so it does not have the big company feel or competitive feel that a bigger company has.
