      Avantages

      The variety of clients and projects you get involved in as a consultant is great. Other consulting practices silo you into particular areas. The team collaboration is great. There is a lot of trust and respect.

      Inconvénients

      Its fast paced and due to the variety lots of plates to spin, theres a continuous flurry of activity - for those that gets their energy from that, it really works.
