Avantages

Teamwork focused environment Innovation and financial health (rare a company can say both) Pay

Sales middle management isn’t very approachable, and will not value you if you bring up invoicing, or processing barriers preventing sales. Many are afraid to mention their day to day barriers that will prevent long term growth as she fires those who challenge her or the company to grow and innovate to meet client needs. She then boast about how she cares about her team so much when her leadership is present, and advises you to take action that she does not do herself as a leader. Very discouraging. Benefits are pretty bad. Health insurance costs are high, and they very poorly negotiated the contract. They also do not have someone who you can call if you are denied certain coverages that will advocate for you with insurance companies who try to avoid covering us.

Processes and operating models are still maturing Some functions are still evolving their frameworks, which can lead to fragmentation or inconsistent practices across teams or regions. This is a natural stage for organizations scaling globally but requires disciplined alignment. 3. Communication across the organization can be strengthened In a growing organization, information sometimes travels unevenly across teams or levels of leadership. Improving communication clarity can help employees better understand priorities and decisions. 4. Career pathways can be clearer for employees Many employees are eager to grow within the company. Continued focus on career development and visibility into advancement paths would strengthen retention and engagement.

Inconvénients

Constant restructuring, culture is more now, who you know in the company rather than what you know or what you deliver. Co-Workers can be cutthroat is they see an opportunity to make money from your work, limited team spirit
