Sales middle management isn’t very approachable, and will not value you if you bring up invoicing, or processing barriers preventing sales. Many are afraid to mention their day to day barriers that will prevent long term growth as she fires those who challenge her or the company to grow and innovate to meet client needs. She then boast about how she cares about her team so much when her leadership is present, and advises you to take action that she does not do herself as a leader. Very discouraging.
Benefits are pretty bad. Health insurance costs are high, and they very poorly negotiated the contract. They also do not have someone who you can call if you are denied certain coverages that will advocate for you with insurance companies who try to avoid covering us.
