9yInmar takes allegations of sexual harassment seriously. It is not possible to address, however, unless you provide specific information about your assertion. Inmar’s associate handbook requires the reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Inmar will not tolerate any retaliation or reprisal against anyone who has, in good faith, complained about discrimination or harassment or cooperated in an investigation of a complaint.
I encourage you to provide information to me, any member of Great Teams! or Inmar’s General Counsel directly. You also can provide information anonymously by calling the Associate Hotline, a safe, secure and confidential method of reporting ethics violations. The number and website can be found on page 36 of the Inmar Associate Handbook, which is available on the Inmar Intranet site (Informer.inmar.com).
