      - Pay is pretty good - Company trip every year - Fixed shift times - Subsidized meals - Good facilities

      - Low chance of career progression - Management has favourites - Unfair politics among management which affects team morale.

      Avantages

      As an entry-level employee, one of the key to be great and making an impact is by humbly learning from colleagues and seniors whom provide guidance and tips. Fortunately I am currently in such platform!

      Inconvénients

      Since I got enrolled recently, so far there are none that I can particularly point out to.

      - friendly working place - flexible working hours - good place to learn & grow

      Inconvénients

      - nothing! besides waking up early but that's just me!
