Great relationships with their customers. Good compensation, benefits, and work life balance. Job titles are a loose definition of your role, I worked on many different technologies and never have the opportunity to get bored.

Things can get a bit hectic at times, if you can't manage multiple projects at the same time Inline may not be a good fit for you. During these hectic times communication can sometimes break down. (I did see good effort to improve this with weekly meetings before I left and assigning a field tech coordinator role.)
