      Avantages

      1) A good place to learn new things and grow professionally. Very fast paced 2) Access to work on multi-platform/technologies 3) India head is great and fun to work with. 4) Good work culture and energetic team to work with. 5) Flexibility of work/timings 6) Good Management.

      Inconvénients

      1) No activities to employees other than work. 2) Too many calls/updates on a daily basis and tight deadlines 3) Hardly get personal time after office hours during weekdays.

      Very progressive, smart people, dedicated people, very open internally, very very good career management and development, lots of big and well known customers

      As with any smaller company, sometimes focus needs to change quickly

      Avantages

      I have been working with Inkriti from the last 6 Years. The culture of this company is great and people are amazing to work with. The Leadership Team is completely in touch the employees which makes this company by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Company strives to improve, take care of its customers and grow the business. The opportunities to grow are great. It is a very positive environment with great co-workers.
