It's a mutual interest type of recruitment- the candidates want the jobs we post because we are transparent with our rates and offer them the best possible outcome for the location of interest.
We're new, but we are already competing with larger scale agencies because of our dedication, honesty, and quick response times.

No real cons. We are a newer company, so we can face a little bit of push back with candidates because we are still getting out name out there, but we are growing!
