We understand that organisational culture differs not just from continent to continent, but from country to country and we appreciate and celebrate these differences.
Our company shares best practice, and has taken many great ideas from Singapore. We are always looking to improve the culture and organisational environment.
Seating arrangements, team, or team leaders may sometimes change in order have the breath of fresh air and to increase productivity and collaboration at work place. We consider such matter important.
