Avantages
I've worked in quite a few companies over the years Ink is different to all of them. The people are kind, positive and are on your side. They support every aspect of your growth and want to see you happy and succeeding. It's a large(ish) company but still has the personal touch which i love. You're not made to feel like a cog in a wheel.
Inconvénients
There actually aren't any cons in my opinion.
