I have worked for Inivata for nearly 5 years now. In that time I have worked with lots of really amazing people (both past and present). For me, they have made this the best place I have worked. We are working in a field trying to improve the way cancer patients are treated. The amazing team have already built an assay that is helping lung cancer patient. The best part for me is that we are clearly at the early phase of what can be done with the analyte we look at (ctDNA) and both the work of people in the past and the new people just joining is all building to improve the lives of many more cancer patients.
