      They’ve have amazing benefits and holidays. Chill place to work

      Inconvénients

      1. The work place is chill, but there’s no learning for employees. So you pick up zero skills from here. 2. There’s alot of politics going around here within the team leads and the managers, so the environment becomes a little toxic and negative. 3. It’s hard to get a job after taking up a job here 4. Bad appraisal %

      Avantages

      Prior to the Omnicom takeover, employees had monthly wellness days,every conceivable public holiday off plus a full week in August off for employee appreciation and then between Xmas and New years the offices were closed. Salaries were satisfactory. They did try to staff teams accordingly, only to have them taken away.

      Inconvénients

      vacation time and holiday time off is now downsized. Next to no remote employment. Back to office is 3 days and space in the offices is limited. Due to merger layoffs, more work for those who are left, and salaries are not as robust to lure new candidates. No warning on dept downsizing, they all say " I knew nothing"
