Avantages

The people who work there were brilliant, supported each other all the time as everyone was in the same boat , worrying about they're job safety

Inconvénients

The place is run like an absolute shambles, ethics and morals are questionable! Management are bullies and extremely passive aggressive. When practically the whole office has or has been off with stress or are having anxiety attacks maybe it would be a good time to have a look at the cause of this, they act like it's the norm. It's a disgrace. There's no 121 support given and the targets are very unachievable with pretty much the whole office on red or amber. Constantly threatened with the PSP process which they fail to adhere to themselves. The PIP should be the first thing your put on to help and support you and ultimately to avoid ever hittitng the PSP Process, that is avoided and for those that ever were put on a PIP they were on their own with it, no help from the management. Unfortunately their PSP process ends up putting there own employees back into the welfare system by sacking them and then they're having to sign on...contradictory? I would not have a problem with the PSP process if you had the help you were told you would get to try and pull you through it but thats non- existent. I went into the job wanting to help people unfortunately I realised that it's all about what they get paid to keep clients in work, the management couldn't care less about the clients, such a shame as the advisors truly do , they're made to push them Into any role so that they can claim a job start even when it could be putting them in a worse situation. If the client dis-engages with ingeus because they are working they get you to constantly phone them and send letters and then go out and do a home-visit banging on their doors trying to get the job details....that's harassment and why? Because they want their money. So glad to be out of it , I would not recommend this company at all. There's so much more to say but I've said enough. It's a house of cards and it's starting to fall down. Treat your staff with respect and look after then and you may achieve more!

Avantages

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
