Terrible management, completely detached and unappreciative of mental health issues. No support available, managers will ridicule you rather than trying to help.
Totally a numbers game whereby you need to stick as many people as possible into terrible, low paying jobs.
Proactivity is not encouraged. If you want to be the proverbial monkey in the cage then this is probably the right place for you.
No allowance for holding opinions, if you don't fit the mould, you are gone quicker than you can say, well, anything.
