      Avantages

      The induction is really comprehensive , gives you the process before you actually start the job, you are afforded time to complete all you need to complete.

      Inconvénients

      Two weeks every day eight hour days is a lot of training can be a strain on the eyes, and very tiring

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
