      Thank you for the taking the time to write a review about your experience of working at Ingeus. We are working hard to continue to recognise excellence and the contributions of our people. Earlier this year we introduced a new performance management framework that seeks to drive high performance, support development and reward excellence. We also have a strong ethos of promoting from within; more than 50 people got promoted last year and we have recently started to celebrate career progression through our internal communications channels so that we continue to build a culture of development.       Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
