      Very committed and approachable senior management team, many of whom have moved up through the business. Clear and realistic strategy to diversify.

      Inconvénients

      Every aspect of front life staff's activity is monitored, measured and managed. This results in a stifling of creativity and a focus on process rather than the people.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
