      Avantages

      I have been with the organisation nearly 6 months but have not yet passed probation . Its a good business generally , the staff are caring and sincere in trying to assist people to find worthwhile and sustainable jobs . The salary is ok for what the job is .

      Inconvénients

      There is an awful amount of administration and learning about the systems , policies and the actual computer CRM system that is quite new . The job start and earnings targets seem stretched to me (even though I am relatively new to the work ).

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
