At the same time, we’re very concerned to read about the issues you’ve raised. Creating a respectful, inclusive, and professional working environment is a top priority for us, and there is zero tolerance for behaviour that could be considered inappropriate or discriminatory, including misogyny. Your comments highlight areas where we clearly need to do better.
We also recognise the importance of strong, supportive leadership. We are continuously investing in manager and team leader development to ensure they are equipped to lead professionally, maintain appropriate boundaries, and provide the level of support our teams deserve.
Your feedback on targets, internal progression, and probation support is also appreciated. We are actively reviewing how we set expectations and how we support employees to succeed, including opportunities for growth and development within the business.
