Absolutely horrible management: disrespect, lies, extreme passive aggressiveness. You will be set up to fail from day one.

Avantages

- awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

Inconvénients

They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
