People are friendly, easy to get along with. It isn't a stressful environment to work in. Hours are predictable and flexible. Most managers are nice and easy to work with. I think if you are comfortable with the cons, it is a decent place to work.
Inconvénients
Slow career growth and development opportunities, somewhat vanilla company. The company is trying to improve but some of the initiatives they've launched seem to be more as if they are running through the motions of being strategic rather than committing to actual changes. There is a disconnect between management and the rest of the firm so it's hard to say what's actually happening.
Promotions seem to be more based on how long you've been in your role and less on how well you perform. Compensation is getting more competitive compared to other firms but don't expect higher than average.
