      Avantages

      I joined Infoxen as Java Developer last year. Really, it's a very amazing company.. You get to learn a lot from the seniors and the team is open to new suggestions always. Everyone is given equal importance to put their thoughts on the table irrespective of his/her position.

      Inconvénients

      No cons as such. I love to work here...

      Avantages

      Work environment ok,not too good Salary comes on time,last day of month. 5 days working. 1.5 leave per month

      Inconvénients

      Very small team(total 7-8 people only in real) Too much pressure on fresher,they think that fresher can become a full fledged experienced developer in one month.Definintely trash thinking of CEO. Prefer it until you don't have any other offer.

      Nothing at all No pros.

      Inconvénients

      The founder has unrealistic expectations and frequently expects one employee to handle the workload of multiple people. Compensation is significantly below industry standards, while workload and responsibilities continue to increase. This creates a stressful work environment and leads to employee burnout.
