Avantages

No internal promotions. The name of the film: The Great Ecape from IBM to Infosys of all the best managers never ever instead of internal promotions. In case you´re a loyal employee, no place for your future. I don´t want to speak about salary - if you resign and apply for your previous job, you will receive an offer 5-10K Czk difference between your previous salary and the new one. Reason on behalf, it´s better to take IBM people instead of internal promotions.. Low motivation to stay longer than one year, when you discover thant only friends and/or IBMers/ and-or friend of IBMrs can be promote to managers/ops. People turnover is very high because the company culture is against the employee

Inconvénients

Remarkable salary differences between same joblevel (4-10K Czk) 20 days holidays... No internal progression. No-sense cultural activities. HR staff should be reviewed for an external auditor. probably all the staff didn´t know/read the CZ labour Code. Don´t force people to join cultural activities. Negative impact around Brno and surroundings. Home office policy: Only managers can work from home. Discriminations? No... they know the policy bcause at IBM is a normal practice!
