Avantages
- People. Some of the people I worked with are high calibre intellectuals with no airs about them. - Team bonding and 3rd Fridays
Inconvénients
- Almost all Partners have their own loyal groups, usually on ethnicity/language lines. You need to have the right mentor in the company - Reverse racism - if you are of south asian descent, it is a huge disadvantage as you are taken for granted. - Some Practice leaders and Partners do not belong at that level. period. Seems the job is a reward for long leal service - Most decisions need to come from Bangalore, so they are taken at a snail's pace - Industry lagging salary. Some years, you don't get any rise at all even if you are top rated
