You learn about technology and the software quality processes in the Leadership Opportunities - At a very young age you are provided with opportunities to lead small teams. This served as an advantage; it could be disadvantage to Lead a team without adequate training.

Inconvénients

Salary- Not so attractive when compared to the other IT Consulting and Service companies, Work - Life Balance is not emphasized on- One may have to work wee hours ignoring family in order to be recognized in the organization.
