Avantages

Brand name. Facilities available like Gym, Swimming pool, multiplex and other game facilities. Decent salary, more onsite opportunities. Understanding managers. Great people to work with. Exposure to international clients, opportunities to interact with them directly. Better work life balance. Good and highly resourceful libraries.

Inconvénients

Entry level people are asked for their area of interest! Someone trained in C, ORACLE thrown into testing and vice versa.... But with the amount of people and projects they have this is quite difficult, it would be better if they an figure out some ways to incorporate that.
