      Avantages

      It's a really good company to work with who is in growing position n looking for talented n dedicated employees. All seniors n managers are very helpful of you are showing hardwork. If employee is not able to perform company is trying to give them training and try to get them into better position

      Inconvénients

      There are few policies are didn't worked in my case as company is in growing position rules are getting change often

      Supporting environment Wfh One can directly go and speak to management as well Growth Teaching consistency is key

      Inconvénients

      Here they change rules every other week Your base is would be fixed as per your offer letter However they change this rule by changing kra every other week, start deduction. They aren't potential leads coming but they will expect you to make a positive lead and convert it.
