Excellent location but not many people know. Nice co-workers willing to help one another. Great camaraderie within departments. GM, VP Corp Services and HOD SS/SRT are great people doing the right things in bonding the Informatics family. It will be stronger together. Yes can do!

Minimal initiatives among most co-workers not willing to risk mistakes. Some departments do not communicate. Complacent. Younger colleagues (and Millennials) with great ideas but not given opportunity to explore or (management) simply dare not explore. COO always telling old success stories elsewhere but fail to live it up here.

Company is dated and unwilling to change Constant finger pointing at whose fault is it Management are cunning and deceptive (be careful who you trust) Management have minimal skill but like to dictate and micromanage Information desemination from above is minimal, always working with half the story
