Only for IPS India 1. IPS Consultants are not focussed on specific skills, they are randomly used in any of the projects. 2. No consisten policies across countries. 3. The only motto of management is cost cutting. 4. No good hikes in IPS compared to R&D. 5. No team events except once a year one. 6. IPS higher management doesn't have previous professional services experience due to this they can't contribute any way to team. 7. Travel policy - Looks like management is making lot of money using travel agents and squeezing employees. They need to clean this. 8. No deep technical knowledge other than Informatica tools for most of the team and managers.
