Informatica is positioned in a very strong segment of the market and has leading technologies in all sectors it covers. Staff is focused around making a difference, and the focus on customer success is very strong. Good comp plans.
Inconvénients
Still struggling with EMEA organization and going through normal growth pains. Two steps forward, one steps back when it comes to acting upon its vision. Sometimes marketing gets too far away from the actual products, making it difficult for customers to connect the dots.
