I have spent about an year and have witnessed an amazing people centric culture! It was a difficult year because of pandemic, but as an organization Informatica has done more than everything to ensure business continuity, employee safety, employee engagement and customer delight. ​In just one year I have witnessed so many people first and people centric initiatives to ease out onboarding, hiring and work from home.
