-Some good-teammates (Intelligent, hardworking) -Good processes in place

-Nepotism: -Technical debt. Cloud push too little too late. PC still a core offering -Laying-off performers who made quota -Center of gravity in India. Different work culture values and expectations -Leadership in most functions has NO experience in turning around a company! (Sales, Marketing, Executive Leaership etc) -Fear: Folks are worried about losing their jobs. They are constantly looking over their backs. You CAN'T do your best work this way. -Layoffs: Everyone knows the next round of layoffs is around the corner. Private Equity is turning up the pressure
