1) Breakfast(paid), lunch(free) and dinner(free) food quality is absolutely poor. Even after numerous complaints to the HR, they seem reluctant to act. Breakfast prices have increased and the food quality is reduced. They only serve food to claim as an additional benefit to the employees. 2) Women employees in the company are not respected. There is a Facebook confession page where men say bad about women including harassing them and complimenting their figure. 3) I've had people in my team leaving all of a sudden. Absolutely no effort is made to retain employees. 4) Worst HR team ever. They talk about POSH but make no effort to ensure women safety. 5) People who have been in the company for a long while talk whatever and however they feel like. A friend of mine was harassed multiple times(by cracking bad jokes to her).
