Utilization of our consultants is driven by the depth and breadth of skill for the individual consultant. The IPS team has a centralized Resource Management Office that matches consultants and skills to available projects. Our Certification program and extended training opportunities cross-train consultants in the broader portfolio to increase their project opportunities as well as our ability to provide more and better consulting services to our customers.
