it depends on what team you work on. I worked on the London Tech Week team which is well known for being an incredibly challenging team. From lacklustre management who only care about their own careers to colleagues who have very high opinion of themselves with management choosing to not challenge that behaviour means that most people who work on certain teams within London Tech Week only survive 2 years max.
