      Avantages

      Work is moderate and easy to crack interview as interviewer himself /herself not confident what he is asking.

      Inconvénients

      1. Employees are not professional at all 2. They will not value you until and unless you keep nodding. 3. Colleagues are not supportive . 4. Plays lot of blame game, if you are not capable to handle this extra tension then I will suggest don't join this company 5. Peoples are poor English speakers 6. Lot of unnecessary processes.

      People were great. Management loved to pat themselves on the back.

      Took very long to apply and process Green Cards.

      Avantages

      Learning organization Strongly believes in continous improvement Site leader highly focused on grooming leadership team in technical as well as non technical areas. Very good oppurtunities for promotions vertical as well as horizontal. No time for "politics" Recently top management has been very actively engaged in breaking out hierarchies and reaching out to ground level to figure out and address team members issues/concerns. Entire organization is at War on Waste - something everyone appreciated.

      Inconvénients

      Office facility to be bigger to address current company's growth and keeping future growth in mind Few groups lack visibility towards their contributions at organization level A lot of beurocracy resulting in delayed services
