The company hires entry level recruiters for the most part and puts a lot of time and effort into training them including a mentoring program. Solid company for someone who wants to learn sales and the recruiting business. There is a lot of opportunity to make money here if you're good. The company is stable and there are a handful of recruiters who have been here for 8+ years. Management is more than fair, patient with their recruiters and never berates us for doing something wrong. All criticism is given constructively which is great when you're learning so much.
