      Avantages

      The staff are great, good culture but SM are awful

      Inconvénients

      This company is awful place to work. The CEO sends bullying and aggressive emails to the entire company pointing out when someone makes a mistake. The management team hire young people and offer them “opportunities to progress” if they prove themselves but actually just the end up taking advantage of young talent by paying them peanuts and giving them crazy workloads!

      Thank you for your review, we appreciate the time you've taken to leave feedback and we would like to address your comments. Over the last number of years we have added more resources and addressed ways of working for all our teams to ensure workload is manageable . There are a number of additional benefits available to employees (free snacks, monthly pizza days, BIK packages, additional paid time off etc.) on top of their salary, which are at competitive market rates. This year alone we have had five people progress internally as we foster a culture of growing and promoting from within. Our retention rate is over 90% for 2018 - which attests to the improvements we have, and continue to, put in place over recent times.

      Avantages

      There are no pros, they sell a culture that doesn’t exist.

      Inconvénients

      No company culture. Management has abusive and bully behaviour. The company has no structure, they make you work extra hours at no extra pay. You can’t take your full holidays, you are only allowed to take 12 days, so if you are from another country, they don’t care, the CEO will say it was your choice to live in a different country. They don’t invest in the employees, they hire a lot of people that needs visa because they know no one will last so long there because it is horrible, they treat even clients badly, they shout at people, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

      Avantages

      Nothing good about my experience there.

      Inconvénients

      Management encouraged harassment to “keep staff on their toes.” I worked the jobs of two people for 8 years on minimum wage with minimal bonuses or raises, and sick days were deducted from annual leave. I was unfairly let go while the person I trained, who had only been there 9 months, was kept vs my 8 years. My redundancy was minimal and only paid after threatening legal action. The company is unethical, unprofessional, and run by stingy, tyrannical leaders. The experience caused me a nervous breakdown.
