Avantages
1. Friendly environment 2. Have lot of opportunities to learn 3. before 2019 hike was good but always getting delayed. still didn't get 2019 arrears.
Inconvénients
1. Delayed salary. 2. till 2019 mid at-least salary was getting processed till 20th of month but from September2019 salary was delayed by 2 months and from lockdown no one is getting payed. 3. Heavy work load. 4. CEO is expecting employees to work without salary and if anyone is keeping resignation then CEO is making false promises and tries to retain employee. 4. PF is getting deducted from salary but is not credited in pf account. only few members got their pf that to for only few months. Only basic amount has been credited but the deduction for pf is almost double/ triple. 5. CEO is not returning pending pf amount, salaries and arrears. He is just promising that he will clear pending dues but from last 4 years no one got pending dues.
