      Avantages

      You get to benefit from a collaborative environment with ample growth opportunities. I am so greatful with my supportive team as well. Besides, you have access to ongoing training and development programs. Overall, a good place to work in.

      Inconvénients

      You have to travel frequently and talk a lot. (If you are a I-Person, its not a big deal thou.)

      The commission is high in comparison to other company

      Inconvénients

      Turnover rate is super high because 90% won't be able to stand the pressure. You might get yelled at, or even getting things thrown to you. Not to mention the 0 work life balance. The company would pay you high in exchange for your whole life.
